800 million jobs could be lost to automation by 2030. Tell your children their competition is no longer their classmates or colleagues, it is robots. Jack Ma said it clearly at the World Economic Forum in 2018. His advice was to stop teaching children to compete on memorisation and start teaching them to feel, communicate, create, and connect because those are the only things a machine still cannot do.
