@HaloSupport why are win/loss amounts so vastly different and why when I win and perform well I'm awarded 6 points and if I ever lose regardless of performance I get -10

@HaloSupport why is it when I'm playing teams of equal rank or higher I'm still only able to gain +6 for a win and -10 for a loss. I won 10 games in a row and it was nullified by like 3 losses...
