But that kid and his parents needs to be put in place. Long-term rehab could be one solution.

पंचकुला के स्कूल का वीडियो वायरल होने के बाद सरकारी तंत्र नींद से जाग उठा है और कार्रवाई शुरू हो गई है ‌‌।

पुलिस ने स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल, कक्षा अध्यापक और चौकीदार के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की है। बच्ची के ऊपर जानलेवा हमला करने वाला नाबालिग 8 साल का है इसलिए उसे ना तो जेल भेजा जा सकता है और ना ही सजा दी जा सकती है ।

हरियाणा सरकार ने इस मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए उच्चस्तरीय समिति का गठन किया है और मानवाधिकार आयोग ने जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी को समन जारी किया है।

आज कल कुकुरमुत्ते की तरह प्राइवेट स्कूल खुल गए हैं। इन स्कूलों में हर तरफ से हताश और निराश टीचर पढ़ाने आते हैं जिन्हें बच्चों से कोई मतलब नहीं है।

आजकल स्कूलों में बुलिंग और मारपीट की घटनाएं आम हैं। छोटे बच्चों को स्कूल भेजना खतरे से खाली नहीं है, उनके साथ कुछ भी हो सकता है।

Explain to urself how its possible for a 8yo kid learned smash someones face with a motive to kill without being influenced by a visual memory of a movie/game scene. Its not something any kid sees at home/school.
