I thought your office would be in touch with the engineers to tell us what’s going on but i see communication there is very poor..

@virginmedia Still says 3pm today which’s now gone already ! When I say cancelling means leaving and going to a better provider who cares about customers VIRGIN don’t care about us at all..

@virginmedia broadband and Tv totally out for the whole day in Sw4 area.
First they said they found the prob and would be back and running by 3pm then by 3:40 then by 7pm…
What a joke they are ….🤣🤣🤣

@virginmedia It’s always been like since I’ve been a virgin customer my next door who’s got SKY never has a problem with his so the prob is with you and I will think seriously moving to SKY that provides a much better service thou..
