It may seem minor to some, but hoping that more non-Indigenous educators refrain from using "our" when referring to learners/students (or any other group of Indigenous peoples). That little possessive word carries the weight of colonial paternalism. Words matter.

An amazing, classy ceremony to honour the graduates of Houston Secondary - tremendous efforts from the staff and community to produce a meaningful conclusion to the first stage of the learning journey of these young people while physically distanced and safe. 👍
