LIMITATIONS OF BEING AN EXTERNAL CRITIC
Many do not understand the dynamics of Power and so idealistic they are forever banished to live OUTSIDE the Arena. That is why Activists find it hard to gain Power bcos they are too idealistic and dead to reality adjustment.
Don’t rent a house that won’t let you sleep well at night. That you are calculating the date rent will expire. Live your size per time. The time will come that such things will never be a challenge ever again but for now, don’t eat your future today. I don’t know who this message is for but it was on my mind to share. Good night.
I INDEPENDENTLY SEARCHED NIGERIA'S BUDGET DOCUMENTS FROM 2019 TO THE PRESENT. HERE IS WHAT I FOUND ABOUT THE PFIPC SCANDAL THAT NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT.
THE NAME DID NOT COME FROM NOWHERE
Everyone is focused on Adeyemi the man. Nobody has gone back to ask where the name "Presidential Economic Advisory Council" actually came from. I did. And the answer changes this entire story.
The Presidential Economic Advisory Council is not a Tinubu creation. Tinubu's economic body is called the Presidential Economic Coordination Council. He established it in March 2024, inaugurated it in July 2024, and chairs it himself alongside Dangote, Elumelu, the Senate President and the Governors Forum Chairman. It has a different name, a different structure and a different budget code.
The Presidential Economic Advisory Council is a creation of Buhari. Buhari established it in September 2019 to replace the Economic Management Team that Osinbajo was heading. It had real named members. Prof. Doyin Salami as chairman. Charles Soludo. Bismark Rewane. Eight economists reporting directly to the President with a defined mandate and a legal institutional identity.
When Tinubu came in and created the PECC in 2024, the Buhari-era PEAC was never formally dissolved. No gazette removing it. No Budget Office circular revoking its institutional identity. It simply went dormant. But dormant in Nigeria's government system is not the same as deleted.
That dormant status is exactly what was exploited.
PART 5 — THE FULL PICTURE AND THE QUESTIONS THAT REMAIN
Let us put the confirmed timeline together.
September 2019: Buhari creates the Presidential Economic Advisory Council with real members and a legal mandate.
March 2024: Tinubu creates the Presidential Economic Coordination Council, effectively superseding the PEAC. The PEAC is never formally dissolved.
April 2025: Adeyemi writes to the OAGF on PFIPC letterhead requesting civil servant deployments. The OAGF processes the request.
May 2025: Adeyemi meets Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu at the National Assembly. Voice of Nigeria, Vanguard and Punch cover it as a legitimate government engagement.
June 2025: Adeyemi receives a Chinese investment delegation and announces a Nigeria-China bilateral investment platform.
August 28, 2025: Three OAGF civil servants are officially posted to the PFIPC. Their posting letter appears on the OAGF website.
September 2025: Adeyemi visits EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede. A joint statement is issued. He also briefs NERC on the World Investment Summit.
September to December 2025: During the same budget preparation window, budget code 0111062001, titled Presidential Economic Advisory Council/Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, is included in the 2026 executive budget bill, with an allocation of N1.3 billion and ten specific programme lines.
October 10, 2025: Adeyemi hosts foreign ambassadors at Wells Carlton Hotel, Asokoro, without the Foreign Affairs Ministry's knowledge.
October 17, 2025: Chief of Staff petitions DSS and Police.
October 22, 2025: Dolapo Babatunde Tanimola, the man Adeyemi says helped him procure the forged appointment letter, dies in a fire at Kachi Hotel in Utako. There is no independent news report of this fire. The only place it exists in the public record is inside the Presidency's statement.
October 27, 2025: Adeyemi is arrested.
November 27, 2025: Eight-count charge filed at the Federal High Court. Two co-defendants identified only as Femi and Anu remain at large.
December 19, 2025: President Tinubu presents the 2026 Appropriation Bill to NASS. Budget code 0111062001 is already inside it.
April 17, 2026: President Tinubu signs the 2026 Appropriation Act into law. Budget code 0111062001 with N1.3 billion survives every review stage.
The questions that remain unanswered.
Who specifically submitted the budget proposal for code 0111062001 and through which MDA desk? Who at the OAGF approved the staff deployment request without verifying the agency's legal existence? Who at the Federal Secretariat allocated office space without cross-checking the SGF's register. Who at NITDA issued a .gov.ng domain to an unregistered agency. What the GIFMIS expenditure records show for code 0111062001 in 2026. Who Femi and Anu are and why their full names have not been published despite being co-defendants in an active federal case.
Adeyemi goes to court on July 27. That court process needs to answer all of the above, not just the eight counts against one man.
The borrowed name of a dormant Buhari-era body. A brand-new budget code created during the same months as the suspect's prosecution. A key witness dead in a fire with no press coverage. Three civil servants sitting in an empty office. A .gov.ng domain nobody has explained. And a N1.3 billion budget line in a signed presidential document.
This is not the profile of a lone con artist with a forged letter.

I feel like sharing this:
During the run-in to my wedding, as the day moved closer, i kept disturbing my well-to-do uncle about the money and the cow he promised but he didn’t send any. Then 2 days to my wedding, he sent me N30k. I was like N30k?! I was very disappointed (money I didn’t work for).
This is someone who used to lavish money whenever my mom invited him to an event. He’d bring expensive perfumes for me and add at least N10k to it. After I received the alert, I sent a thank you text, although in a very reluctant way that he’d understand. He then missed my wedding. Omo!!!!
About 7-8 months later, one afternoon, I saw alert of N150k from him. Thought it was a mistake. Hours later he called me to apologize for not attending my wedding, that at the time, he had been suspended at work as they investigated a problem caused by one of his colleagues (law enforcement) that my mom was aware but he made her swear to not tell me so I won’t feel bad.
Years after, when adulting and family responsibilities kicked in, I came to realize that life is not always rosy. You could make a promise cos you’re expecting a payment and something random will just delay the payment. You become powerless in those situations and some just go into hibernation.
In the last couple of years, I have disappointed many younger people who trusted in me to shake their bank account as I promised for an event as well. Not that it was deliberate, but because I was going through a lot I didn’t want to discuss with them. I saw their anger and tantrums but I chose to be quiet as they’d never understand.
Bottom line is: if someone (abroad or here) sends you N10k for a family contribution, that is, way less than you expected do not be ungrateful. That’s probably all they have at the moment, take it like that. It’s NOT your money and most definitely, you have NO IDEA what they might be going through at that particular time.
Police Investigative Documentary
The murder of His Royal Highness, Eze Barrister Paulinus Ekwueme, the Ochia I of Ochia Kingdom, and five others in Imo State triggered an extensive intelligence-led investigation by the Force Intelligence Department – Special Tactical Squad (FID-STS), which uncovered a wider criminal conspiracy, led to multiple arrests, and culminated in the apprehension of a principal suspect linked to the killings.
This documentary provides an inside look at the operation and the Nigeria Police Force’s pursuit of justice and accountability.
This woman reports that her little niece was kidnapped last night. She has been appealing to the public to help her share this video incase someone may have seen the little girl.
Please help share this video.
Let’s help find this innocent little baby. https://t.co/M38K5N0mor
The police post in the Orire LG was 2 hours away from the site of the abduction. How can the police respond promptly in a situation like this? This is why community and Local police is essential.
Does that Local Govt look like a LG that has earned N16bn in 3 years? Unfortunately the governor was part of the people who rejected LG autonomy in his state.
N1.5bn from the N16bn earn in 3 years is enough to purchase 3 armoured personnel carriers, 5 hilux vans and drones. The money the LG has earned in 3 years, what has it been used for? Can the LG chairman give an account? Hon. Olateju Michael Alabi can you give an account?
The ICPC should start looking into the affairs of the LG Chairmen.
One thing we must learn in this life is to appreciate every single favour done for us, no matter how small.
When someone goes out of their way to help you, don’t turn around and make them regret it with ingratitude, silence, or entitlement. That nonsense kills goodwill faster than anything.
A simple “thank you” costs nothing, but it preserves relationships and opens more doors. Stop behaving like the world owes you favours.
If you can’t show basic appreciation, just carry your cross alone next time. No be by force.
It's not just vitamin levels. Breast milk is a dynamic, responsive fluid that changes by the hour depending on what the baby's body needs.
If the baby is thirsty, the milk comes out with a higher water content. This is the thinner "foremilk" that flows at the start of a feed. If the baby is hungry and needs energy, the milk becomes progressively fattier. This richer "hindmilk" comes later in the feed and carries more calories.
The immune response is probably the most remarkable part. When a baby has a cold, respiratory infection, or any pathogen exposure, traces of that pathogen appear in the saliva. The breast detects this and increases the production of secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA), the primary antibody in breast milk. The next feed arrives loaded with targeted antibodies specifically built for what the baby is currently fighting. This is why milk sometimes appears more yellow or golden during illness.
The sleep cycle effect is also well documented. Breast milk contains different concentrations of nucleotides and melatonin depending on the time of day. Milk expressed at night carries higher melatonin levels, which encourages sleep. Daytime milk carries more cortisol and activating nucleotides that support alertness. Some researchers now advise against mixing day and night expressed milk in the same bottle for this reason, because you are essentially scrambling a biological clock signal meant for the baby.
That's why I keep telling you people that the breast is one of the greatest creations of the Almighty.
