Day 6 update: No one has been able to trace my bag so far. @AirCanada PLEASE tell me which airline you gave my bag to? Where is it? No one has been able to contact you. Did you give it to @SaudiAirlinesEn or @etihad ?! I’m honestly getting desperate as my trip is about to end!

Day 4 update, @AirCanada changed my airline because of their flight that was delayed for 6 hours and never handed over my bag to the airline they updated me to BECAUSE THEY’RE INCOMPETENT AF! They’ve scarred me from travelling for life.

Another totally legit @AirCanada rant. Got my flight delayed for almost 6 hours, ended up missing my connections and when i finally reached home after 36 hours (original flight duration was 22 hours), my bag didn’t arrive. AGAIN. How does this airline still exist? And why?

@AirCanada Flew to Atlanta from Toronto for a wedding and Air Canada lost my luggage. Such a messed up, frustrating system with absolutely ZERO accountability. It’s been more than a day and there has been no update. Never flying with @AirCanada again.

@AirCanada Instead of sending me a generic automated reply, it’ll be really appreciated if i can find out where my luggage is at the moment. We literally wasted thousands of dollars for coming here, can’t even attend the wedding or meet any family because we have no clothes.
