@adamfeuerstein Without Fail by Gimlet Media. They interview some great names about their failures. They have the founder of Groupon (who was fired), the girl who built Nasty Girl into a $350mm brand and then bankrupted it, Henry Blodget, etc. Most episodes are excellent
