@jay13x Do we find out what happened to the shattered pieces of the blackblade?
*Cut to Ravnica 4*
"Ah, excellent. I see that you Shattergangs have done a fine job reforging this sword. I believe a new name is in order. You can now call me... Krenko Blackblade."
@JacobBurgessVO Off of your introduction with Not a Drop to Drink I am currently slowly working my way through LA By Night, likely picking up VtM 5e soon, may attempt it with my "shorter runs of different games" TTRPG group.
@ghirapurigears Mismatched land arts. Both to celebrate the array of outstanding land arts out there and empower my spells with the mana of many planes as opposed to just one.
@trulyaliem Farmer McFarmson's Farm is everything that is gloriously chaotic about TTRPG (Toon), and I am a huge fan of Dale Freisen's GMing style, so I would probably take Dragon's Orders (D&D) and Trouble in Paradise (Paranoia), although there's a lot of interesting range
@trulyaliem If I had to pick a quick top 5 series, Alabaster Kingdom is a brilliant D&D homebrew, Not a Drop to Drink is a great intro to Vampire the Masquerade (and is likely to prove responsible for me buying the game and pitching it to one of my groups)...
@JacobBurgessVO (I have actually been rewatching over the last week--such a delightful introduction to the game for both the players and viewers/listeners.)
@kilnfiendpotter My only advice is YOLO on the exercises and give the community a chance... One instructor encouraged us to hang out, so we ended up going to a bar for an hour after each session. Pretty much never saw them again after, but the comfort of that group was something I valued.
@kilnfiendpotter I hope you have a wonderful time--I took a couple of classes at ImprovBoston when I was working on my Master's, and they were the best thing I could have done for myself at the time.
@jephjacques Is the campaign going to be on any platforms post-stream (youtube, apple podcasts, etc)? QC and Weregeek are two of my face webcomics (Weregeek was a key factor in me deciding I needed to get back into tabletop gaming), so would love to listen, but I can't really watch stuff live
@kilnfiendpotter Missing from the list is the wizard Manacles, specializing in spells that temporarily incapacitate adversaries and/or render them immobile.
