i hooked my whoop to my work calendar to find which coworker gives me the most stress ๐จ
thanks to fable, I reverse engineered whoop to pull per minute heart rate. nd matched spikes with cal events and attendees
I now have a leaderboard and I think about it daily.
few info masked for obvious reasons ;)
@decktydeck@_Squidward_69_ But the infrastructure, which triggers the llms responses via cronjobs etc. has a sense of time. So not really a skill issue.
@JohnnyNel_@NousResearch Agree! I'm currently in the experimenting phase and will see what is a real benefit and what is just a gimmick.
For the simple reminders, I noticed that I prefer a proper UI, for example.
My current Hermes Agent (@NousResearch) use:
- Morning briefing on news that are really relevant to me
- Morning briefing on my portfolio news
- Summary of X trends and topics via X/xAI
- Track, plan and reschedule my workouts via Strava
- Evening portfolio performance check vs. the market
- Updating my second brain with everything relevant (workouts, portfolio and whatever it considers relevant)
- Simple reminders
Any other nice use cases out there?
