@ANI Tharoor sir , are you saving your @ss because last year you were leading a delegation to 32 different countries with the only mission of isolating Pakistan, that too using indian taxpayers money and here we are today, so who are you fooling sir? Questions will still be asked
@RajaMuneeb Tell me which country in the world has good relations with US, Iran , Israel and other GCC countries? If you can answer this question, you will get the answer to your original question as to why isn’t China , Russia or European countries involved plus and why India should have!
As a Sydneysider and a proud Australian, I strongly condemn the horrific attack at Bondi. My thoughts are with the victims, their families, and everyone affected. Violence has no place in our city or our country we stand united, resilient, and committed to peace! #bondiattack
@real_khabri_1 Notice how this handle used #FarrhanaBhatt hashtag.
Akhir kar views batorne kay liye Farrhana ka hi naam lena padda 🤪
THE FARRHANA BHATT SEASON
@RudraSukhadia If there shameless level is 100% , your bakti level of salman is 200% . Salman khan maibaap hai kya ? His biased views mean very little to strong headed people.
Dear @airindia & @incredibleindia, both my flights AI301 (Sydney–Delhi, 5 Jul) & AI302 (Delhi–Sydney, 26 Jul) had DEFUNCT inflight entertainment. 12+ hrs with my wife & 2 young kids (10 & 6) and NOTHING to do. Unacceptable for a national carrier. Expected better. #Disappointed
@airindia@airindia I appreciate the acknowledgment, but a generic apology isn’t enough. I paid $6500 for 4 tickets, and inflight entertainment was non-functional for us on both legs. Strangely, it worked for some passengers. Why this disparity? Compensation is the least expected.
Truly inspired by your father's incredible journey and entrepreneurial spirit! Working at his company not only shaped my career but also gave me the life-changing opportunity to migrate to Australia and become its citizen. Forever grateful for his vision and impact. Thank you!
When my Dad was a kid he attended a British school in Kashmir. One day they played a video of the moon landing for him.
It was on that day that he knew he had to go to the United States of America. He could see then, even as a kid, that people were doing things in America that you could *never* do in his home town of Srinagar.
He took a train to a library in India to research how he could move there. Those days you didn’t have internet or a common app, so he had to research how to apply to American schools from books. He applied, and got into State University of New York at Buffalo.
When he arrived in this country at 20, he had $700 with him. He couldn’t afford tuition, so he made a deal with a professor to help with their computers for a little bit of money. He charged the rest to credit cards.
Decades later he had built up (bootstrapped) a software business that was doing millions of dollars in revenue and earnings, employing hundreds of people in America and around the world. A few years ago he sold a controlling stake to a private equity firm — it belongs to America now.
Today, he keeps $700 in cash hidden in a secret pocket in his wallet that he never touches. He told me “if I lose everything else, at least I still have the $700 I came here with and can start all over again”
Bringing the best, brightest and most motivated here from around the world is what makes America great.
When I recently visited Kashmir, it was under military occupation as it has been for years. Indian soldiers with machine guns are a common sight. Being born in the United States, I got to grow up taking freedom for granted. I got to have opportunities and meet people I otherwise would never have. Many do not appreciate just how lucky they are to be here.
The New Colossus 🗽
“Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
