बनारस में राजेंद्र प्रसाद स‍िंह अपने बेटे के ल‍िए दवा लेने जा रहे थे। महानगर बस से सुंदरपुर के ल‍िए बैठे। सीट के ल‍िए एक यात्री से व‍िवाद हो गया। मामला सुंदरपुर चौकी पहुंचा। दरोगा नरेंद्र प्रताप स‍िंह ने यात्री की जेब से 100 रुपए चुराने का आरोप लगाकर राजेंद्र को जेल में डाल द‍िया। जेल में पुल‍िस ने राजेंद्र को इतना प्रताड़‍ित क‍िया क‍ि उनकी मौत हो गई। मामले जी जांच दरोगा राधेश्‍याम को सौंपी गई। राधेश्‍याम ने कहा क‍ि राजेंद्र ने अपने शॉल को फंदा बनाकर आत्महत्‍या कर ली। अगले द‍िन बीएचयू में पोस्‍टमार्टम हुआ। मंडलीय अस्‍पताल के डॉक्‍टर केके जैन ने पोस्‍टमार्टम क‍िया और अपनी र‍िपोर्ट में बताया क‍ि मौत फंदे की वजह से हुई है। पुल‍िस ने पर‍िजनों को ब‍िना बताये अंत‍िम संस्‍कार कर द‍िया।

राजेंद्र की पत्‍नी ने मानवाध‍िकार आयोग से इसकी श‍िकायत की। मामले की जांच सीबीसीआईडी को सौंपी गई। तत्‍कालीन दरोग नरेंद्र प्रताप स‍िंह को 10 साल और राधेश्‍याम स‍िंह को 6 महीने की सजा हुई है। जानेमाने बाल रोग व‍िशेषज्ञ डॉक्‍टर केके जैन को 5 साल की सजा और 40 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है। मामला 29 साल पुराना 1997 की है। अब जाकर फैसला आया है। सोच‍िए हमारा स‍िस्‍टम क‍ितना भ्रष्‍ट और घुना हुआ है।

Starting tomorrow, Supreme court of India is on a six-week summer vacation and will be operating at just 19% of its capacity. There are 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 93,143 of them are pending in the Supreme Court.

A judge can go on a vacation, a judiciary cannot.

So now it’s officially acknowledged.

If misuse of laws is rising, it also means that a large number of cases being filed are either exaggerated, false, or motivated by reasons other than genuine justice.

Just think — if even the Supreme Court is expressing concern about the misuse of laws, what does that tell us?

And then ask yourself:

How many women in your own neighbourhood, workplace, friend circle, or extended family might be capable of doing the same when the system provides incentives and lacks accountability?

Spend one day in Family Court.

You will see men asking for one more chance to save their marriage.
You will see men asking to meet their children.
You will see men trying to keep their families together.
You will see men talking about family, reconciliation, and parenting.

Then look at what many disputes become.
The same educated, independent, career-oriented woman who demands equality in every sphere of life is suddenly portrayed as financially dependent when maintenance proceedings begin.

Women ask for maintenance.
Women ask for interim maintenance.
Women ask for permanent alimony.
Women ask for child maintenance.
Women ask for litigation expenses.
Women ask for a share in property and assets.
Women ask what they are entitled to receive after the family breaks down.

The discussion quickly shifts from relationships to financial calculations.

Many men enter Family Court hoping to save a relationship.
Many leave wondering why equality disappears the moment money enters the conversation.

A man had booked an AC coach ticket almost two months in advance.

When he finally boarded the train and went to his seat, he was shocked to find a woman already sitting there.

"Sorry, this is my seat," he said politely while showing his confirmed ticket.

But the woman refused to move and insisted that the seat belonged to her.

The passenger tried repeatedly to find the TT, but no one came. With no help available, he was forced to spend a large part of the journey sitting near the train door.

After a long wait, the TT finally arrived.

Instead of resolving the issue, he told the passenger, "We can't remove this woman. Just adjust somehow and complete your journey."

At that moment, the passenger realized what might have happened — his seat appeared to have been unofficially sold to someone else.

When he started recording a video of the incident, the TT reportedly became even more arrogant.

"Complain wherever you want," he said. "Even if the RPF comes, they won't remove her. If they can't, what can you do?"

With those words, the TT walked away.

Despite holding a confirmed AC ticket booked months in advance, the passenger allegedly spent the rest of the journey sitting near the restroom, while someone else occupied the seat he had legally paid for.

A father asked for his daughter's phone password after the device stopped working.

According to the report, he allegedly discovered explicit videos of his daughter with her boyfriend stored on the phone. What followed was not a family discussion, but a legal battle.

The daughter reportedly approached the police and accused her father of harassment. The father, on the other hand, claims he only came across the videos while checking the phone and later confronted her about the relationship.

The case is now under investigation, and the truth will ultimately be determined through due process.

But the incident raises an uncomfortable question:

When a family dispute escalates into criminal allegations, who protects parents from false accusations if the allegations turn out to be untrue?

Every genuine victim deserves justice. Every accused person deserves a fair investigation.

A man who proudly gave dowry is now sitting before cameras pretending to be a crusader against dowry.

The irony is shameless.
Under Indian law, giving dowry is itself a criminal act. The very crime he is alleging against others started from his own side.

But instead of admitting that, he is busy running a media circus, giving emotional interviews every day, violating the very principles the Supreme Court warned against today — that witnesses should not sensationalise matters through media and should speak before legal authorities, not TV anchors.

If he truly wanted justice, he would trust the courts.
But media trials give faster sympathy, instant fame, and public pressure.

This is no longer about justice.
It is about controlling the narrative, escaping accountability, and converting personal sins into public victimhood.

It is 43° temperature outside right now. A parcel man just came to deliver. He was wearing a gamcha to save himself from the scorching heat.

This man would run around the whole day working to earn money for his family. By the end of the day the least he would probably expect is to have a meal cooked at home

As I saw him I thought of a High Court ruling today where Milords have said that a woman refusing to do household chores isn't cruelty. Marriage is a partnership of equals. There was another case yesterday where High Court said that a woman meeting her ex lover & being found in his house cannot be called Adultery.

With all respect to these Judges, my only question is - while we have several laws that women can avail remedy under if a husband doesn't perform his marital obligations, what recourse do men have if wife refuses to contribute to anything inside the home after marriage ? She doesn't cook, doesn't take care of the house, doesn't do a job, doesn't take care of any responsibility and even talks to her ex-lover all day?

I agree most women are extremely devoted to their families but increasingly there's an entitled lot that just wants to scroll social media, demand maids for all chores, refuses to contribute a penny, many rekindle past affairs and feel everything is responsibility of husband and he can't say a word if she doesn't want to do anything

I know of so many cases where the woman went back to her home on smallest of fights regarding lifestyle or over above mentioned conduct

And then several criminal cases are filed on the man. Eventually he has to pay a huge amount to settle.

Unfortunately men cannot even talk about this, otherwise they're called Patriarchal, Misogynist n what not.

Madam Maneka Gandhi again tried to threaten and intimidate a resident of Lodha Belmondo Housing Society in Pune. During the conversation she is demeaning and insulting the profession of Chartered Accountants , saying that CAs do not do any work.
But all her gimmicks failed because the resident knows the law of the land. He not just gave a befitting reply to her on phone but also lodged a police case against her for threatening him.
