@adamboxer1 I love being HoD English but it is bloody hard. And I'm lucky because I get more PPA than most (independent school). HoD Science is definitely the hardest role though! Essentially managing three departments 😱😱

@DrDavidBoyce I remember a training session at my first school where we decorated cupcakes. We were all meant to have students decorate cakes in one of our lessons to ‘demonstrate their learning’. No one in the room taught Food Tech.
