Placed a JioMart Quick order on 17th May with 10–30 mins delivery promise. It’s been 80+ hours and still showing “Out for Delivery”.
No delivery. No refund. No cancellation.
Customer care gives no resolution.
Completely unacceptable experience from JioMart. If this is not resolved immediately with a full refund, I’ll be escalating this through consumer forums and legal channels.

Customer care keeps asking me to “wait” without any timeline or resolution. The delivery agent says he doesn’t even have the order and used foul language when contacted.
They brought the covers along, but MRP on the product’s cover is totally different from the one on the invoice.
And on the cover it is written inclusive of all taxes, but on the bill, I have been charged additional 28% on the rate.
This is a straight forward case of a fraud.

I rasied my account deletion request on 4th Nov 2022 10:20 AM. I also confirmed the deletion request by replying to the email with “YES”. I still see my account is active. There is no response from customer support.
