Why not identify designated government land in every locality where displaced footpath vendors can run their businesses for a minimal fee?

This can be developed as “ರಸ್ತೆ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ (Raste Marukatte)” — organized street markets that protect both pedestrian rights and vendor livelihoods.
