#Airtel postpaid โน999 plan is available on website. Bt they hv already shifted my plan to upgraded plan, stating it hs bn discontinued, though it's showing on their website. Without my consent they upgraded d plan & also raisd d bill accordingly.Y?

All the @airtelindia postpaid user, please check your bill. Perhaps you would have been charged as per the new plan without your consent.
As I have been charged without my consent. I used to use โน999 + GST plan. I suddenly check my bill for paying it.
@Airtel_Presence If my consent matters, then why ur Sr. Executive told that we hd informed you through IVR SMSs to all our customer. When and where have I given u my consent to change my plan. Is informing through IVR msgs means customer is accepting the plan?

@Airtel_Presence Your customer care executive hv told that โน999 plan hs bn closed and transferred to โน1199 plan to nt only me but to all airtel customer by informing through IVR SMSs. Why Customer consent have not been taken from ur end through email or verbally?

#Airtel doesnt think that Customer consent is needed. Just informing through IVR SMSs is enough for charging for upgraded plan. If 999 plan is showing your on website why I hv been charged higher 1199 plan & nt taken my consent bfor upgrading.

But it is still showing on their Website. @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence@TRAI Airtel company is charging as per 1199 and Company's executive is saying that 999 plan has been closed since 5 July 2022.
