If you allow the Source of Creation within you
to find expression, Joyful is the only way
you can be.
Joyfulness is the best insurance
against all evil.
May you know the Fulfillment
of making all you touch Joyful.
Much Love & Blessings,

Wonderful that the US Department of Health and Human Services has acted swiftly to implement the recommendations of the MAHA report. Supporting farmers through incentive-based policies to restore soil health is among the most effective ways to ensure future generations enjoy physical and mental wellbeing. This investment in regenerative agriculture has the potential to become a gamechanger for soil health, human health and socioeconomic health of the United States. Congratulations and best wishes to Secretary RFK Jr. & his team. -Sg #SaveSoil
This chanting of Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/ Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma, Hare Hare is transcendental vibration, sound. Sound is the origin of all creation. So this transcendental sound, if you vibrate, you will understand very quickly this philosophy of Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Why to chant attentively: when we chant, we invite Krsna He dances on the tongue when we chant his name.
How would you feel if your friends invites you to their home and then they go out shopping leaving you alone? Feels disrespectful right? Thus let’s chant very attentively!
If not for social media, I wouldn’t have known who Sadhguru is. And if not for Sadhguru, I wouldn’t have known what this life is about, or how we can experience it to its fullest potential.
All of us have our own ways of expressing gratitude for what’s been offered to us. But for me, the best thing I can do for my Guru is to help him reach the entire population.. to people like me who are waiting and longing for such a presence to touch their lives 🙏🙇♂️

Today is #KrishnaJanmashtami! Volunteers at Isha Yoga Center Coimbatore are joyfully preparing to celebrate – stringing fresh flowers, adorning every nook and corner, decorating and honouring the cows and calves, and filling the air with the sound of drums and chants. The whole place is coming alive with the spirit of #Krishna.
If the Guru’s energy and presence has become your dharma, your way of being, you will have no likes and dislikes or preferences of your own. Then I will make sure you are ecstatic every moment of your life.

#GuruPurnima celebrations are filled with the colors of devotion! @parthivgohil and Sounds of Isha offer the heartfelt song "Rang De," which expresses a devotee’s yearning to dissolve into the object of his devotion.
The first full moon after the summer solstice in the month of Ashadha (July-August) is known as #GuruPurnima. This sacred day marks the first transmission of the Yogic sciences from Shiva – the Adiyogi or first Yogi – to his first disciples, the Saptarishis, the seven celebrated sages. Thus, the Adiyogi became the Adiguru or the first Guru on this day.
The day of Guru Purnima is traditionally the time when seekers offer the Guru their gratitude and become receptive to his grace.
Being aware during the transition from wakefulness to sleep😴, and from sleep to wakefulness is an opportunity that all spiritual seekers can make use of. If you transition in awareness, the quality of the very last moment before falling asleep will be enhanced when you wake up. The same goes for the transition from sleep to wakefulness.
Try this: Tonight when you go to sleep, create a joyful and loving atmosphere within you, and fall asleep with a smile😊. When you wake up in the morning, you will see that quality radiating out of you.
