1/3 @etihad what a pathetic service! We flied from Zurich to Abu Dhabi & due to flight's technical issues, missed our connecting flight to Bangalore tonight. We hv been booked for the next flight, which is tomorrow at 2 pm. As a compensation we were given a shitty meal voucher

@etihad Finally we reached India enduring all difficulties. @etihad did NOTHING to help its customers. Also in India we found our suitcase damaged. We tried registering a complaint but @etihad help-desk refused, stating it's not wht they count as damage. @EtihadHelp

@etihad @EtihadHelp Just now got the lounge access which we requested 5 hours back. Still no visas or hotel accommodation. Everyone, from elderly to small children, are suffering for the entire night for this kind of mismanagement.
