Clear statement by tcs management regarding yesterday's perm filling it will have very limited to no impact on Indian companies. But news was blown out of proportion. Had one read tcs comments today they won't be surprised by IT index move .

PERM filings by some of these Indian IT majors had already fallen sharply.TCS &Wipro reported zero filings in 2025while Infosys was also at negligible levels depending on the filing dataset So while the headline is negative, the immediate financial impact may be more limited
