Hey @instagram I’ve been facing a weird issue with my account. I’ve tried reporting it three times since November 2020 and I haven’t received a response and the glitch (if that’s what it is) hasn’t sorted itself out. Attaching images/screenshots below. #instagramglitch

@gloria_zk @tamannabavishi @NamrataSadhvani I know of at least 20-30 people who are unable to see my page because they’ve contacted me via other platforms asking me what happened to me account/why I have blocked them. 🙈🙈 This is seriously affecting my engagement as well. I tried promoting my posts. Results were horrible.

If you see the screenshot attached, under my bio, it says followed by user1, user2, and 112 others. And yet the number of followers on my page shows as zero.

When I embed my posts to a blog post, this is what it looks like. The post is very much still on my insta page. My account is a public account and yet this is what I, and everyone who goes to my blog sees.

Funny thing is, I can see their page and updates in my feed. I can even like and comment on their posts. They can see my comments but don’t get notified. It was first brought to my notice in November 2020 and the issue still persists. 😭
