@MsAlyssaRose Definitely <5 carbs a day, greens greens greens, protein protein protein, light exercise bc us PCOS girls canโt do too much or our cortisol will go up & supplements like: Myo-inositol, Berberine, Cinnamon, Spearmint, Zinc, D3, Omega 3, etc (I take like 12 a day)
