@newslaundry@AbhinandanSekhr@MnshaP Seems some transparancy lacking around subscriptions. Moment the money goes out - boom! just a receipt and that's all. Subscription doesn't get activated, no email saying when and how it will be & ironically the helpdesk # is unreachable.
Hi @IndiGo6E, very disappointed with my experience regarding denial of full refund due to flight cancellation from your side. I had booked a flight from New Delhi to Kolkata yesterday (PNR - X1LUUL - 6E 2351) which was cancelled due to rain at Kolkata.
At least stop issuing media statements that make you appear as bigger fools than you assume your stakeholders to be. Accountability and answerability were always missing and very few of us have been vocal about it in all these years, unfortunately.
All 400 of them were selected through campus hiring. 2.5 years later at the end of a training program they all fail to clear internal assessments. What happened during these 2.5 years? All 400 brains degenerated?

@MoCA_GoI The grievance IDs are DU977128, QD845811 & RL799225 raised at a gap of 1 week each. Each has been closed following a standard response from @airvistara that they are looking into the matter and will respond to over email. I wonder how much longer this will take.
