@WesternRly, I am travelling on Train 12930 (PNR: 8550548092), Coach C2, Seats 33 & 37. Our table is dirty. Despite informing the onboard housekeeping staff and calling the Coach Care number, we were told it would only be cleaned at Surat. This is unacceptable.

@drmbct @RailwaySeva This is happening everyday. Either in bilimora or in dungri. It's always on loop line. The distance which hardly takes 45 mins to cover, because of loop line it makes up to 1:30 or 2 hour.

Train No. 19417 is delayed almost every day and is frequently kept on a siding for around 30 minutes. This causes inconvenience to daily passengers and missed connections.Why is this recurring issue not being addressed? Kindly investigate and improve.

One more thing today the train reached Bilimora at around 07:20 pm 4 trains crossed. The train could have moved one station ahead. This is ridiculous. Every day the train gets
