Have raised the ticket since yesterday night for display tuned off during hyper charging.
The reason why I am more concern is my office laptop (necessary things) are inside the trunk and I am not be able to work or joined office without laptop.

@OlaElectric I think this company is only focusing on new customer acquisition and not on servicing part, the reason old customer are not getting any support on time.

This is a complaint regarding train number 01028 which is supposed to come to #gorakhpur stn on 02:25 PM 25/03/2025 as per the time confirmed on booking and ticket. Now my mother including 4 years of children and 4 people are
