I'm an RN at one of the worst jails in the US.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a 21 y/o male who sodomized and strangled a 2 y/o boy during the act so he wouldn't cry.

People don't think sociopaths be like they are, but they do.

Carry everywhere. Including home.
