Only 42% of people with epilepsy have a job. This is amongst the lowest employment rates for people with a disability.

@MrEFinch @andyjshepherd @shepline I suspect it was more to do with the old penny and referred to half of that, that rather than the new (decimal) halfpence. The term goes back way before decimilisation. My Grandparents were from Lancashire and they used it.
