@VanHouten911@elllmartni@CricketAus Don’t worry, I took into account the cost of labour when stating that there would be a profit margin on drinks sold.
I’d hazard a guess that CA would appreciate all profit. Regardless, this point disregards the compounding impact on future sales that a good product creates.
Over 30min wait for coffee, beer sold out before 12:30 and don’t get me started on the lack of vegan options. It’s like @CricketAus didn’t expect anyone to rock up today #ashes#washes
@VanHouten911@elllmartni@CricketAus The fact that they ran out of alcohol venue shows that both you and cricket Australia underestimated how much spectators would drink. And there would have been a profit margin on every drink sold. They missed out on profit by selling less drinks due to under-catering.
@VanHouten911@elllmartni@CricketAus This is to their own demise, as they missed considerable opportunity to both make profit through food and beverage sales while also creating an event that people would want to return to. Instead, numerous spectators were openly speaking about how poor their experience was.
Kirby Short deserves so much more respect which she is not getting tbh.
Funnily, one of them is TWO TIME WBBL TITLE WINNING CAPTAIN.
Of course, Haynes is an absolute legend. Short is also there. We need to keep letting the world know and remember that.
Starting my now annual campaign to get @cricketvictoria to CLEAN THE SEATS in the stands at Junction Oval for the @WBBL. I’m convinced they’ve not been cleaned since last season…
@maddyoby@WBBLfanpage I agree, we need help!!! I think there’s a bit of movement based on the situation, but it’s not a bad start. I’d have Faltum higher (seems in some good form) and Capsey down in the order to come in as needed. Though we did end up making 141, so not a bad batting total…
