@VodafoneIreland what's the update on fixing network issue for receiving calls on payg? Already reported and getting told 24 to 48 hours and no update anywhere on any social media.. its a known issue but not advertised as I say most people don't know they can't receive calls .

@eircare I did chat online and got told call into the store no number to contact them!!!! And it's my landline that's the issue. I have so many services with you and I don't know why are the service is the worst I have ever seen I will be looking at chainring providers for all
@eircare Get charged for data that u don't use- sometime automatically gets connected - how if mobile data is turned off and then customer service agent hangs up as they cannot answer my questions #rude#bringbacktalkingtorealperson
