@MrsTaylorITT Get a service bell for your desk. They’re something like £3-4 in the Range and it’s a game changer! I never raised my voice once during my training year thanks to this and it’s great if you want pupils to take leadership roles in the classroom. My Yr10’s were the most obsessed!
