@ian_mendes Happens to me - with Bell internet. I live in Kanata north. TSN5 through the TSN app on Appletv is regionally blocked for games. Called Bell and they said it has to do with dynamic IP(?) and they can’t do anything about it. Would love some insight as to what we can do to fix this

So in his case, if he can demonstrate that he was a US resident at the time the bonus was paid, he’d pay full rate US; 15% in Canada.
