@Jey3o37 because u would only pull for one elation team, either sw999 or eva. (not including waven in this cos he can also fua).

u can only play one elation team at a time, because yao is a necessity. if u wanted play sw999, u HAD to pull yao.

pulling a second elation dps is a luxury

@Koto_midart @Dex_0_0_04 on another note and just a mindset thing but 10-11 cost, it’s not that the least that cost can do is 0cycle, it’s more that it is usually capable of a 0 cycle depending on the environment and setup - ur worst performance with that cost isn’t gonna be a 0 cycle it’s smth u aim 4

this AA has the confinement debuff which bricks your damage until u ult - it has 2 stacks, so u need to ult twice to fully remove it. cyrene makes it so phainon never exits his first ult
