On top of that I never heard of participation trophies until maybe the late 90's, early 2000's. If a generation started that it was the gen x'ers

@MrJoeBlackwood @KillaHills10307 @TJStegeman @nataliejohnsonn @NPR Considering that baby boomers came between 1945 and 1955 a teen mom that had been born in 1955 would have become a mother between 1970 to 1974, which would have meant the child would have been a gen x'er. Most millenials come from an older boomer or an early gen x'er.

Not sure where these participation trophy parents came from but they screwed up an entire generation.
