SITTING FIRST!

The Christian life begins with sitting —resting on all the potentialities of the finished works of Christ; leveraging on all Christ prayed and paid for in order to maximise the victories of redemption. No human effort is needed. No other faith system on earth can deliver this well-rounded possibility!

Here, the believer receives superhuman empowerment to prosecute life outside the bandwidth of humanity with all its concomitant corruptions, frailties and lusts.

Here, grace is made available to warehouse and dispense God in thoughts, words, actions and inactions.

Here, sin’s power is completely neutralised and the possibility of winning by righteousness is credited to the believer far beyond what they could ever ask or think.

And, here, the devil and his hellish troops are defanged, positionally placed beneath the believer forever!

We are seated with Christ in heavenly places far above sin, principalities and powers. We have received the Holy Ghost to translate all these endless victories in Christ to our daily experience as we practice yielding to His leadership. But it all begins with sitting!
