Fun Fact : The traditional Poodle Cut does in fact have a purpose. As they are water retrieving dogs the puffballs help retain heat in their joints.

But still . . . . I do wonder if other dogs think they are part of a weird religious cult.

This is so true and why so many of us seek comfort in dogs when we are anxious or depressed.

Tuesday's are a fun day for me, I teach classes in the evenings and have consults in the morning. I always have the afternoon off to spend with my daughter home-eding.

Burley Newt featured here loves snuggling up with Lorelai and purring away whilst we read or do some work.

What were your first loves when it comes to animals?

Mine were in this order!! Yes, cats first with my darling Cleo, then horses with Bonnie and Rosa and then finally I met my magical Alfie.

Every Saturday Morning, Lupin joins me for coffee and a catch up in our office. On sunny days he just watches the world go by. It is one of our favourite pastimes. How often do you sit with your dogs at the window or in the park just watching the world go by?

Here is some more of Nelly, after the breakthrough with Kat, she was able to have guests over to not only sit with her but also to offer her some love too.

This was MONUMENTAL for her and her family. This year the focus is on getting her outside again.

Today I want to highlight an incredible family, who have worked so hard over the last year. Their dog Nelly was terrified of people and the outside world. They worked closely with us and @Kats and Dogs to build Nelly's trust in Kat, so much so she took this photo for them.

I don't know about you but the wet weather is driving me mad. No matter where we walk, or what I do, we still end up with dirty paws.

How do you deal with them?

The more I see of man, the more I like dogs.

My job is mainly about supporting and sharing my knowledge with humans, but the joy comes from seeing the lives of dogs changing.

3 key elements of a happy and healthy dog!

Sleep - 12-14 hours minimum a day

Nutrition - We are trying out @YORA - For Pets & The Planet, and our dogs are loving it so far.

Training - Your dogs never stop learning, so thinking that you will stop training is unrealistic.

Instead @FairfaxFavor suggested I sell them on through their Facebook page. Having written a review I’ve now seen many other people in may this year have had the same experience. We can’t all be wrong?!?

Really disappointed in the customer service of @FairfaxFavor and now wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing. I bought a number of shoes & a pair of boots from them. I tried them on at home & found the boots didn’t fit so sent them back. They won’t refund.
