@flipkartsupport they just formal words not more than that raises a complaint give resolution date of 26th and today morning got a msg your product is cancelled ask to customer care say I can't do anything thing place new order and keep wasting time by ordering not comp. 🤬🤬

@flipkartsupport what is this behaviour I order something on 11th it reaches my nearest hub on 18th 8.55AM couldn't get delivered even till 19th promised date . Take 2 more days new promised date 21th again failed. After wasting so much hrs. time with your executive on call(1/2)

I do keep on telling they won't deliver it as my past experience they don't deliver or even try to deliver just send back mentioning false reason it looks like going to be the same again but don't know after reporting this issue several times @flipkartsupport shows no interest.

Ordered a phone from @Flipkart on 11th reached on my nearest hub on 18th sep 8.55 AM they failed to deliver on 19th the promised date has so many calls to your customer care they were like an issue from logistic blah blah will be delivered by 21th now. (2)

@Flipkart You have the very worst logistics partner as some places I'm telling you with several times experience and you and your customer executives are not interested in taking feedback and providing resolution they just and sorry , all formal words and totally waste of time

@manukumarjain @MIUI_India I have one very serious question why MI is becoming worse day by day by it's software I have been one of a very old MI user btw I had Redmi 1s as my first phone and almost every series till now. I have MI 11 Lite slower than any 10k phone sometimes.
