In the other hand I always feel that I do too much for people. I always try to listen to them and try to understand them. But sometimes I feel like no one tries to understand me or my behavior. Idk if this is a cap moon thing, but I feel the worst and treated worst at the same.

Sometimes I feel like the worst friend ever. Idk why I act like that but I do so many wrong things and feel guilty afterwards. When I was younger I ghosted at the time one of my closest friend. He was always there for me and helped me going through so much. Idk why but I stopped

Talking to him and now I miss him and the connection we had. Another example is that i didn’t bring one of my best friends to a meeting, even through be both hang out before. Idk I just feel so wrong and so guilt. I hate the version of myself. I hate it so much.
