It is with great sadness that we share the death of our first employee and patron Sister Margaret Noone AM IBVM at age 91.
Our thoughts are with Margaret’s family and friends.

One of Emily and Olivia’s hospice highlights was splashing around in our hydrotherapy pool! 🏊
The pool is great for symptom management, making memories and having fun!
Check out some highlights from their recent respite stay at Very Special Kids House.

It’s been a big week at Very Special Kids with the team (and Jaffa🐶) undergoing training and learning about some of the new features in our new hospice.
We are very excited to be another step closer to opening the doors to Very Special Kids House.❤️

@physiophilip@AuVSK Absolutely! Now it’s time to share my experiences & learning in Australia, continue strengthening the connections with my amazing UK & Irish colleagues and most importantly be back with children & young people at Very Special Kids. Forever grateful.
And what a way to finish my hospice visits! Thankyou especially Anna & all the team @LauraLynnHouse for welcoming me and such wonderful conversations & learning around Paediatric palliative care. Your work is inspiring @AuVSK @ChurchillTrust
@physiophilip@LauraLynnHouse@AuVSK @ChurchillTrust It’s been an incredible experience and I am forever grateful. The kindness & generosity in sharing knowledge from every professional I have spent time with working in Paediatric hospices across the UK & Ireland has been more than I could ever have anticipated.
