@IndiGo6E I know I got this reply from your side .. but my point I lost more then the flight fare .., air india did not agree to refund whole amount as my ticket was marked as cancelled and since it was within 12 hours whole money got wasted … I missed an imp event @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia

@IndiGo6E Yes I did got the reply , since full refund was initiated and my flight of 4 dec is not under GOC I will not get the 10,000 rs travel voucher which indigo ceo of that time Pieter elbers told to give to passengers who were affected but now the scenario is different @DGCAIndia

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI this is my query along with many passengers affected on 3-5 December 2025 flight by indigo , because now they are denying the GOC voucher to those who got compensation for the flight cancelled but what about the additional money lost and difficulties caused

@IndiGo6E Worst airline ever , doesn’t stick to their word so whoever gets any vouchers from them … don’t take it’s useless and even in writing I got mail they ll extend voucher but not denied that … hopeless airline with hopeless support

@flyspicejet Why are you not refunding for my baggage issue for pnr LHELNN... it's been 7 months ... Just accepting to give the refund and not processing it doesn't have any effect ... be careful they just spout lies

@IndiGo6E I know that's what I said I got the mail but in February when I talked and mailed I was informed because of my circumstances if I can't use the voucher I can get an extension of additional 6 months more ... please read the mail it's a written proof
