@AskLloydsBank I had £2,500 STOLEN from my account 3 WEEKS AGO & you've finally got back to me "declining [your] fraud claim". Then had the audacity to say you 'didn't understand how this could be emotionally distressing' especially in my wedding yr & tried to offer £50 #thieves
