@BootsUK and to top it off, there was no notification to say the missing items in my delivery were not going to arrive, they say ‘pending’ I had to call customer services to be advised they won’t arrive at all!
Whole experience a disappointing waste of time!
@BootsUK your online ordering has been incredibly poor recently! Both my last orders have been late arriving to store, you charge high delivery fees when other comparable companies offer free and they offer next day to a home address and not to a store!
