After sadly losing last hedgehog to a fox, we’re chuffed to have finally encouraged one into our garden. 🦔🌿 We’ve lots more hiding spots to help protect this one a bit more.🤞🏼
Lovely morning completing the Sydling Hill Race (although there wasn’t much ‘racing’ on my part)! The views were beautiful and I met some amazing people along the way. Think my running mojo is back. 👍🏻😊 #7consecutiveyears#everpresent

Finally achieved my goal. Volunteered as tail walker today at Moors Valley to complete my 350th parkrun. I may not have been able to focus on speed recently but I’ve just been happy to keep on plodding. Next challenge: mastering a double buggy! #parkrun

We did it! #runthetour
