@Grubhub_Care I already have and you guys just say the same thing. It’s not my fault your driver stole my food.

@Grubhub_Care I had placed an order today and the driver stole over $80 worth of food, I contacted support and all you guys said was that there is nothing you can do. This is theft plain and simple, if this isn’t resolved I’ll contact the BBB and I won’t stop there if need be.

@Grubhub_Care can’t refund me for YOUR driver stealing my food. I’m submitting a complaint to the BBB and if that doesn’t work I’m going to small claims court.
