Update on @BvondoChidziva who has been avoiding @ZRP_Zim CID for 3 weeks.

A report was made on the 30th of August @ budiriro police station. Accusing Happymore of raping a 16 year old girl in April this year (a minor) it happend on several occasions & he was apparently dating her.

It was transferred from general unit to CID victim friendly unit & to date they have failed to apprehended Happymore Chidziva.

CID victims friendly unit rerecorded the statement, they were then refered to makombi building so someone from social services could produce a probation repot.

The minor then went to parirenyatwa hospital so a doctor could produce a medical report. The police are the only ones who can obtain that report so up until now nobody is clear as to what the result were except for the police.

Social welfare department referred them to the Highfields office because that's their area of jurisdiction & that only the police should be be the ones communicating not representatives.

The probation repot has not been produce either to date.

Clearly CID Victims friendly unit can not locate Happymore Chidziva as he was supposed to be apprehended because it's in the public domain.

There has been no efforts from leadership in trying to locate Happymore Chidziva to face the allegations made against him. He is a Member of Parliament & part of the @CCCZimbabwe. This is a very serious allegation & he needs to face the music.

There needs to be public outrage by everyone who has a voice here on X. Happymore should come clear his name. As a public figure he has a lot to answer to.

If anyone knows of his whereabouts please be in contact with myself or report to the nearest police station.

Equally @ZANUPF_Official & @CCCZimbabwe MP's should probe for a speedy investigation. The more time he is out of custody the more time he has to communicate with particular people.

So I urge everyone to retweet this until Happymore is in police custody so he can face the music!

Armed men in civilian clothing using unmarked cars have just abducted Hon. @CostaMachingau1, a leading national figure/official in the @CCCZimbabwe party from his home in Budiriro.

We say NO to abductions, torture and murder of political opponents. Under normal circumstances, the abduction of one person should lead to the cancellation of the @SADC_News Summit because every life matters and @SADC_News must respect and protect the sanctity of life.

Eventhough still wrong and needless, it's better to formally arrest, detain at a police station, take to court and deny bail. That way, accused persons (never mind the validity of the accusation), is safe from the ravages of abuse, have access to lawyers and can be accounted for.

We appeal to @SADC_News @AfricanUna and @UN to help us stop the culture of arbitrary torture abduction and murder of legitimate political opponents in Zimbabwe.

We demand that Hon @CostaMachingau1 be surrendered to the nearest police station within the earliest possible time and for the law enforcement agents to guarantee the safety and protection of all Citizens.

This is Prof. Adriano Nuvunga, a prominent academic from Mozambique, wearing a T-shirt with Namatai Kwekweza’s picture in prison garb.

This is the shame crookED Emmerson has brought to Zimbabwe in his attempt to silence Zimbabwean pro-democracy activists.

The whole world now knows that the SADC summit is nothing but a charade to stroke crookED Emmerson’s ego at the expense of human rights in Zimbabwe!

Prof. Adriano Nuvunga's choice to wear a T-shirt featuring Namatai Kwekweza, a young activist who was arrested and imprisoned for her activism, is a powerful statement of solidarity and a reminder of the ongoing struggles faced by pro-democracy activists in Zimbabwe.
That is why it is important to RETWEET these messages as a sign of solidarity with the jailed activists.

Namatai’s arrest demonstrates the ridiculousness of today’s Zimbabwe, she is accused of having committed a crime in Zimbabwe on a day she was in South Africa.

Unfortunately, Namatai's case is just one example of the many injustices faced by pro-democracy activists in Zimbabwe. Until the regime is held accountable for its actions and respect for human rights and political freedom is restored, the situation in Zimbabwe will remain deeply entrenched.

Red Carpet of Blood!

crookED Emmerson is saying he has finished preparing for the SADC Summit.

What his guests need to know is that these preparations were done using abductions, beatings, torture, arbitrary arrests, abuse of the judiciary and imprisonment!

As crookED Emmerson rolls out the red carpet, his guests will be passing through an airport where activists were dragged out of a plane and tortured for eight hours in that airport!

The fact that these activists were forcibly removed from a plane and subjected to hours of torture speaks to the repressive tactics being employed by the Zimbabwean government to silence dissent and suppress opposition.

It is crucial that SADC leaders take a strong stance against these abuses and hold the Zimbabwean government accountable for its actions. Ignoring these human rights violations or turning a blind eye to them would be a betrayal of the organization's stated values and principles.

crookED Emmerson even has a mother and her one-year-old child in jail for merely meeting to commemorate the Day of the African Child at the home of Senator Jameson Timba who is also in jail with 84 others who met at his home.

All these abductions, beatings, torture, arbitrary arrests, and imprisonments are being done in the name of SADC by crookED Emmerson.

This is Jeremiah Bamu, the lawyer representing the three activists and a trade unionist who were dragged out of a plane last week and abducted by crooked Emmerson’s secret service thugs.

One of the four, trade unionist Robison Chete, was tortured so severely that doctors said his kidneys might be permanently damaged.

crookED Emmerson’s thugs have refused to let the trade unionist receive treatment.
In fact, he hasn’t been treated since the torture, this is how evil and cruel crookED Emmerson is!

It is important that the international community speaks out against these abuses and applies pressure on the Zimbabwean government to ensure the safety and release of these activists, and to hold those responsible for their mistreatment accountable.

Torture is an international offence, those responsible must be pursued and brought to justice in other countries if they happen to be in a country with a professional judiciary and not crookED Emmerson’s rag tag corrupt judiciary!

All these evil things are being done in the name of SADC, the regional board that should be promoting democracy, good governance and respect for human rights in Southern Africa.

These events in Zimbabwe, including the abduction and torture of activists, raise questions about the effectiveness of SADC's efforts to promote democracy and human rights in the region.
It is essential that SADC takes a strong stance against these abuses by crookED Emmerson and holds member states accountable for their actions.

Dear Africans,

These two prisoners in khaki uniforms were pulled out of a plane last week by crookED Emmerson’s secret service thugs and tortured for 8 hours at Robert Mugabe International Airport.

One of them was tortured so severely that doctors say he needs treatment as his kidneys might be permanently damaged. Yet crookED Emmerson’s captured judiciary has refused to release him!

What crime did they commit? Asking for an opposition leader to be released along with 74 other political prisoners.

The levels of human rights abuses are so severe that activists are being abducted and beaten by crookED Emmerson’s secret service thugs!

This is deeply concerning, with reports of unlawful arrests, torture, arbitrary detention, and political imprisonment, one would expect regional leaders to speak out.
But as you know, our continent is cursed with lack of leadership!

It is important that international pressure be applied to the Zimbabwean government to ensure that human rights are protected and that those responsible for abuses are held accountable.

The Zimbabwe National Students Union @Zinasuzim president Emmanuel Sitima @EmmanuelSitima7 has been taken by around 10 state agents at Harare International Airport recently renamed Robert Mugabe International Airport.

He was coming from Victoria Falls where he was attending the 5th African Philanthropy Conference.

Two days ago 4 activists (@namataik_, @robohchere, @cdegwenzi and Vusumuzi Moyo) were taken in similar fashion on their way to Victoria falls to attend the same 5th African Philanthropy Conference and were brutally tortured for 8 hours.

This crackdown is done by @edmnangagwa’s @ZANUPF_Official government ahead of the @SADC_News summit to be held on 17 August 2024.
