There's nothing like a "toilet infection"
It's a misnomer for a group of conditions referred to as vaginitis, which result in itching, vaginal discharge.
Now there are 3 main causes
Bacterial Vaginosis
Candidiasis
Trichomoniasis
NONE of them are gotten from the toilet

@mivauniversity Congratulations to her but she doesn't listen to her students.
Nursing science probably has to be the most difficult dept in Miva, it's nothing close to being flexible like you people advertise.

I’ve seen people react to this post and say things along the line of “you don’t have disability” “what disability do you have?” etc etc etc.
Incase you did not know,
Let us clarify something very quickly and very clearly: ALBINISM IS A DISABILITY. And this is from a medical perspective and a human rights perspective. I will explain.
1. From a medical standpoint:
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the global international medical community recognise and consider albinism as a disability. This is a fact- not an opinion that is up for debate. The reason for this is primarily due to the severe vision problems they have and the high risks of health issues they develop which are unfortunately associated with the condition.
Being born with albinism causes serious abnormal development of the retina and optic nerves in the eyes, which leads to low vision, nystagmus, poor vision, involuntary eye movements, and photophobia (extreme sensitivity to light). This is why in Nigeria, people often mock them for being unable to see during daytime. The sensitivity to bright lights makes them squint and struggle to see when they are out in bright sunlight or in environments with super bright lights.
In addition, the Sun Sensitivity and severe lack of melanin makes the skin of an albino highly prone to developing severe sunburns, skin discolourations and skin cancer. People laugh at them and demonise them for their skin issues and also for their eye problems which are direct medical consequences of their medical condition.
These multiple physical limitations especially with their skin and eyesight can be severe enough that it can significantly impact on their daily life, academic performance, career choices, and social integration. It is for all of these reasons that the World Health Organization and the global medical community has declared albinism as a disability to create awareness on the condition and to help inspire support for people who have albinism.
2. Human Rights Protection
On the basis of the medical challenges (I already stated) and social ostracism that albinos suffer, the United Nations Human Rights Office UNHRO has advocated a human rights-based approach to albinism, and they demand that countries across the world should protect individuals with albinism from severe social stigma and societal discrimination. Again, this is a fact- not an opinion.
3. National Laws:
It is on the basis of points 1 and 2, that Several sensible nations even countries like Uganda, have now officially recognised albinism as a disability that deserves national attention. This is to help to ensure that countries develop policies that provide targeted healthcare, medical attention and educational support for people with albinism.
I wanted to contribute this here for everyone who has been wondering if albinism is truly a disability or not. As I have stated, from a medical perspective, a human rights standpoint and even from a legal context in some countries, albinism is a disability that requires empathy, compassion, support and understanding in every way that we can.
There was a fake audio attributed to President Tinubu about 1week ago, which was wrongly attributed to VDM.
That same day the government sprang into action threatening to arrest VDM and to fish out those behind the fake audio. All this was simply because of politics- as the voice note makes claims of certain words by the president that are potentially politically damaging to his demonic 2nd term ambitions.
Today LESS THAN 1WEEK,
The government has arrested the person they claim is behind the fake audio.
By the way,
This is the same government that has failed repeatedly to fish out terrorists who kidnap, slaughter and murder Nigerians on a daily basis.
As I type this,
Over 40 children, including 2yr olds and 3yr olds are tied up in kidnapper caves for over 2weeks and this govt has FAILED to fish out the terrorist animals behind it. Yet see the speed they used to find the man behind the fake audio said to be Tinubu voice.
It is very clear:
It is not that the nigerian security agencies are weak if they choose to do their job, it is that the nigerian government is useless, satanic, pathetic and simply does not prioritise the lives of ordinary Nigerians.
Your life doesn’t matter to Tinubu.
Always remember this. Never forget.
Abductors Demand Sharia Law, ₦1bn Ransom For Release Of Oyo Pupils, Teachers.
A new twist has emerged in the abduction of pupils and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, as reports indicate that the kidnappers are demanding both a ₦1 billion ransom and the implementation of Sharia law as conditions for the release of the victims.
The development was reportedly attributed to the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, who disclosed that the abductors had moved beyond financial demands to include ideological and political conditions.
According to the report, the kidnappers are insisting that the state government implement Sharia law in Oyo State as part of their negotiation terms, raising concerns that the case may be shifting from a conventional kidnapping incident into a broader ideological and security challenge.
The abductors are also said to have listed additional demands, including cash payment, vehicles, food supplies, and the release of detained suspects allegedly held in Oyo and Ibadan.
Specifically, the group is reportedly demanding ₦1 billion to be paid into a Republic of Benin bank account, two Hilux vehicles, and the release of arrested individuals they claim are linked to their network.
The abducted pupils and teachers were taken when armed men attacked schools in Oriire LGA, triggering panic across affected communities and renewed concern over insecurity in the state.
Families of the victims have continued to appeal for urgent intervention, expressing anxiety over the safety and wellbeing of their loved ones still in captivity.
The prolonged detention has heightened tension in the area, with residents and community leaders calling for swift action to secure the release of the abductees.
The reported ideological demand has sparked debate among security analysts and political observers, who say it complicates possible negotiation efforts and raises questions about the evolving nature of kidnapping operations in the region.
While Governor Seyi Makinde, had earlier suggested openness to considering certain demands to secure the victims’ release, the Oyo State House of Assembly has since rejected negotiations with the abductors, insisting on intensified rescue operations instead.
Security agencies are expected to intensify efforts as pressure mounts on authorities to ensure the safe return of the abducted schoolchildren and teachers.

Once you’ve betrayed your partner’s trust. You don’t get to dictate to them how long it’ll take for them to get over their hurt, your job is to focus on earning back their trust and be humble throughout the process. You aren’t entitled to anybody’s forgiveness. Be patient and wait for them to forgive you on their own time.
@omobukola_ I don't think it should scrapped cause nepotism will go cray Cray but it should be valid for at least 3years with wider options, the "first choice" thing should go
