Steveโs athletic journey began with football and bodybuilding, but after a life-changing accident, he found new purpose in powerlifting. Despite losing his right leg, Steve broke Canadian bench press records and represented Canada at the 1992 and 1996 Paralympic Games.
After retiring, Greg returned to Marmora, where he remained a beloved community figure. Though he passed away in 2018, his legacy in hockey and his deep ties to the community continue to inspire.

Starting with the Belleville Bobcats, Gregโs hockey journey led him to an impressive NHL career with the LA Kings and Toronto Maple Leafs. Known for his speed, and tenacity oin the face-off circle, Greg was a defensive powerhouse, playing 561 NHL games.

Glennโs journey in figure skating began at just seven years old at the Quinte Figure Skating Club.
From dominating national competitions to becoming Bellevilleโs 1987 Athlete of the Year, Glennโs talent shone brightly. But his impact didnโt stop on the iceโGlenn has been a driving force behind the scenes as a judge, referee, and leader in figure skating governance.
As a pioneer of the Belleville Spirits, Mike has shaped basketball in our community for decades. From coaching at local schools to founding and growing the Spirits, his impact is profound. Mike's legacy of leadership and dedication continues to inspire athletes and coaches alike.
