@PhateOfMan@JakeSucky 1/18/2038 - dota uses the unix time stamp for time which is a 32-bit integer, so 2,147,483,647 seconds. that gets you as far as 1/18/2038.
the ban is permanent, that particular date is just a quirk of the unix time stamp.
