Just woke to the great news from faraway Sokoto State, Seat of the Caliphate, that H.E. Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal- @AWTambuwal has put the collective interests of his people ahead of his personal interests by stepping down for the Senate race in 2027.

Tambuwal is not going back to the Senate in 2027. He made this selfless decision to pacify a lot of entrenched varying interests in Sokoto. This is a man with the balls of steel, high dosage of integrity, honor, and political morality.

May Almighty God continue to bless Alhaji Aminu Tambuwal for not allowing the budding main opposition ADC implode in Sokoto State.

Nigeria, indeed needs more selfless men like Speaker Tambuwal within the corridors of power.
