This is horribly CRUEL on behalf of the CFIA and Police on site. An Ostrich was noticed today and looks like she is DYING, and the Farmers/caretakers are NOT ALLOWED to provide any care or just be with the DYING OSTRICH. So horrible CFIA, so horrible
