Hey @GaryHillJr and @shannondrayer. I hear you guys talking with Rizzs about the Pawtucket longest game. I highly recommend the book The Longest Game. The story for why they went that long (actually 33 innings) is fascinating. We listened to it on a road trip.

Hey @SDOTtraffic when are the permanent zone 36 parking permits going out? We ordered ours a long time ago and we’re given a temporary one to print out and put on our dashboard. The temp one has long since expired, but the signs are up, indicating you need a permit.

@AlaskaAir My bags were actually so delayed that I was able to wait in line while my family waited for the bags. I just think this policy is designed in such a way that few people will take advantage of it, and it doesn’t have to be that way.

Hey @AlaskaAir, I generally love you, but your administration of your 20 minute bag guarantee isn’t customer friendly. I’m past 25 minutes & haven’t seen a single bag from our flight. It’s late and I want to go home. Either I make my entire family wait or forfeit the miles.

Also, huge kudos to @AlaskaAir SeaTac gate agt Matthew, who was super pleasant & professional w/a passenger who was very displeased about 2-bag carryon limit. Everyone’s patience is running thin, but Matthew handled it really well without caving to the inappropriately pressure.
