My cash deposit at a @BankofAmerica ATM on Saturday was not processed because the machine was broken. The agent hung up on me after telling me it’ll take 45-90 days to resolve it and they won’t give me a temporary credit. Who can recommend a bank with better customer service?

@cvspharmacy They said they had already tranfrrred the three critical life saving prescriptions I needed yesterday and they’d transfer the rest by the end of today. When I got to Walgreens this evening they only had one of my prescribed it wasn’t one of the ones I needed yesterday.

@cvspharmacy your Ashland MA store pharmacist closed the drive through five minutes early tonight so I went inside and they wouldn’t let me pick up my prescription at 6:58 when they close at 7. It was supposed to keep me from needing the ER tonight. Thoughts?

@cvspharmacy They continued to lack competence and compassion today. I went to Walgreens (open until 8 and super nice) last night to start they process of transferring my prescriptions. This morning I went to the Ashland CVS in person to make sure they were working on it.

@kk_embies @ChickfilA You can also get ice at @BurgerKing a block and a half further down Route 30. I’m guessing they’ll give you what you paid for and be responsive if there’s an issue.

@BankofAmerica we went to the 41 Beacon St, Framingham, MA branch make a deposit for an older adult who doesn’t use online or mobile banking today at 12:54 with an already filled out deposit slip and they locked the door as we approached. Any MW branch open Sundays?

What’s taking so long @Lowes? I placed an order for 5 items on Friday around 2pm for store pickup in Milford, MA. All day yesterday and today the status told me the items are at the store. Yesterday morning I ordered 5 items from @HomeDepot, picked it up less than 2 hours later.

Our young people are learning very tough lessons early in their lives. I am feeling for all of those that are having to deal with non-traditional graduations, canceled milestones, and other important events that they’ve worked hard for, through no fault of their own.
